ThermoShade panels are designed to be low maintenance. We’ll do preventative maintenance to make sure everything is working properly. If a cooling panel does stop working, we will prioritize repairs.

ThermoShade panels are energy efficient. They operate passively during the hottest parts of the day and only start to consume power at night when temperatures have dropped. We like to pair them with solar panels so they can operate off the grid. When using AC power, the temporary shelters work with standard wall sockets.

Our materials are selected to be non-toxic and non-flammable. If a cooling panel is damaged and leaking phase charge material, the area can be cleaned with soap and water.
