ConNEX Workshop

The ConNEX workshop brought together women leaders in clean energy to share practical strategies for navigating leadership, funding, and growth in a male-dominated industry. Key themes included leading with confidence and authenticity, building reciprocal mentorship relationships, and relying on strong peer networks for both emotional support and strategic insight. Panelists, including our CEO, emphasized the importance of staying deeply connected to customer needs, approaching fundraising with a diversified and targeted strategy (including public funding and strategic partnerships), and setting personal boundaries to sustain long-term leadership.
